If you are thinking of joining us in-person for weekend worship, you may wonder what that might look like?  Check out those details below and if you any questions please let us know!

We also recognize that some people might not be ready or able to meet in person. So, we invite you to join us for service on our Livestream on Saturday nights and Sunday mornings. You can find these on our Facebook page, YouTube channel, and our website homepage by clicking “Watch Live”.

SERVICE TIMES. Services will be held on Saturdays at 6pm and Sundays at 10am.

WEARING MASKS. As you are up and moving around the building, we ask for you to wear a mask. Once you are seated, masks can be removed. (masks will be available at the front door for those who need them)

FINDING A SEAT. When you come through the Foyer and enter the Worship Room, there will be an usher to assist you with finding a seat if you need help.

SEAT SPACING. We have taken out every other row and put spacing in aisles so all rows will be 6 feet apart. When you sit in a row, all households will be able to sit together of course, but please leave 3 seats between other individuals/households on your row.

MASKS DURING FELLOWSHIP & SINGING. We want to encourage fellowship and conversation as you move around the building, but be sure to wear masks and practice social distancing as you visit with others. As we stand to sing, please also wear your mask. We know that this is not optimal for singing, but if we do not wear masks, we would have to spread out much further. The Worship Team on stage will not be wearing masks so we can hear them clearly as they lead us in singing, but they will be spaced at least 12 ft. back from those in front of them which is the suggested spacing for singing.

WORSHIP GUIDE/SERMON NOTES. These will continue to be available by clicking on “Weekend Worship Materials” on our website’s homepage. Please bring your own notebook and pens for note-taking.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION CARD. If you’re new to New Hope, have a prayer request, need to update your information, or want to communicate anything else with us, go to The Hub to fill out an online communication card.

BIBLES. As always, we will provide Scripture references on the screen, but we do encourage you to bring a Bible. If you are in need of a Bible, please let an Usher know, and we will be happy to provide you a Bible to keep.

TITHES & OFFERINGS. You may give your offering at the service in one of the black boxes on the back wall as you leave the Worship Room, or you can continue to give online, by text (518-263-0001), or by check in the mail (454 Corinth Road, Queensbury, NY, 12804).

MASKS. All attendees, volunteers, and staff will be expected to wear masks unless seated or on stage.

SUPPLIES. Hand sanitizing stations and masks will be available around the building for your use.

GREETINGS. We love encouraging one another, and the safest way to greet one another during this season is by saying hello, a big smile under your mask 😁, and a wave rather than hugs or handshakes.

COFFEE & FOOD.  While we love to offer coffee and snacks as we fellowship before and after services, these refreshments will be unavailable at this time. Feel free to bring your own coffee or water.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS. If you have health concerns or if over the last 14 days you or your family have had COVID-19 symptoms*, a positive COVID-19 test, or have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19, please take care of yourself and be thoughtful of others by not attending the service in person and instead watching the Livestream. (*symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, chills, cough, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell)

KiDz Church Plan

KIDZ CHURCH - We have been able to offer a modified version of Kidz Church for children 4 years - 5 grade, and we are glad to be able to continue that each week!

PRE-REGISTRATION - We encourage parents to pre-register your children at The Hub (, but we will also have the ability to register children when they arrive for those who don't register ahead of time.

REGISTRATION DESK - When you enter the Foyer from the front doors, the registration desk will be on the far left side of the room. If you have pre-registered, you can pick up your child’s name tag there. If you have not pre-registered, you can register them there.

NURSERY -  The nursery is for those 1 year old and under and at this time we are able to welcome 8 babies for each service.

TODDLER ROOM - We have a Toddler Room available during each service. In this room, across from the nursery, is where your 2 and 3-year-olds are able to enjoy their class! At this time we are able to welcome 10 toddlers for each service..

HEALTH SCREENING QUESTIONS - Prior to dropping off your child for Kidz Church, we ask that you answer no to all of these health questions: 1. Any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days (such as fever, shortness of breath, chills, cough, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell)? 2. Have you traveled outside of NY State in the last 14 days? 3. Positive COVID-19 test in the past 14 days? 4. Close contact with confirmed COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days?

YOUTH ROOM DROP-OFF POINT - After registering your child, you will go down the hallway on the right, by the restrooms all the way to the end of the hall to the Youth Room where someone will be waiting to receive your child and help him/her find a seat.

SEATING - Children will be appropriately spaced from other children. However, children in the same family will be allowed to sit together.

MASKS - Under current governmental guidelines, masks will be necessary for all children and children’s workers. We realize this may be a little tough for the kids, but following this guideline is necessary for all aspects of the service and allows us to be able to provide a Kidz Church ministry for them. (Kids are able to remove their masks if they are seated in their chairs.)

Kids love Kidz Church! Parents are welcome to bring younger children into the worship service if you would like. We have play packs available for the younger kids at check-in!

Youth Group. Youth Group is for students in grades 6-12 and meets in the Youth room after Saturday night services from 7:30-9pm. Our plan for hygiene and health is identical to the weekend worship service, as listed above.

Weekend Worship. We encourage our Youth to stay involved in Weekend Worship with their families.

Tiny groups. Tiny groups meet during the week for fellowship and Bible Study. For more information reach out to Pastor Matt (

Staying connected/other events. For more information on some of the other Youth events and activities that are coming soon, check out our Student Ministries Facebookand Instagram pages.

Please continue to pray for your pastors and ministry leaders as we seek to navigate through this season with wisdom and care and not only keep the Lord’s work going - but also growing! Thank you, New Hope family, for how you continue to stay connected with what the Lord is doing through us as a church family together!

God bless you,
Your pastors
